Our u16 Celts went into Sunday’s Albert & Gill Baines Memorial Cup semi-fInal as underdogs against a very strong Margate team currently unbeaten at the top of Division 1. But the Eagles can hold their heads high after an excellent performance.

Cut him and he bleeds green! Phil McKee is the definition of a one-club man. He represented Eagles as a player, started volunteering at Saturday Soccer aged 14 by 16 he was coaching his own team!

Recognising the importance sport plays in the physical and mental well-being of young people, Herne Bay-based Biosciences company Jaytee were only too pleased to sponsor the Eagles.

Our women and girls' football celebration event attracted more than 120 players on Saturday. Eagles have built one of the largest female sections in the county in just 3 years, but further growth is impossible without new facilities.

A special guest brought some sparkle to an otherwise rather rainy Saturday morning training session at Langton Girls, as our Wildcats and girls’ teams as the actual Women’s Super League trophy paid us a visit!

Our u13 Girls went to K Sports on Sunday to compete with Welling United Blues for the Tina Marshall Trophy. The result didn’t go our way, but it was some consolation to pick up the league trophy while they were there!

A day to celebrate for our men's team, who won the Herne Bay & Whitstable League’s Junior Charity Cup on Sunday against City Lions at Whitstable Town FC.

Last Sunday our u13 Girls sealed a fantastic season with a 5-1 away win at Park Farm Sapphires, securing the Kent Girls & Ladies Division 4 East title in the process. Check out the epic photo gallery here!

We’re still recruiting for our brand-new women’s team. With regular training every Tuesday evening this summer, it’s easy for potential new players to join up with the squad.

Over the last year eight of our youth players have completed the FA’s Referee Course, and qualified as accredited FA referees.
